Session 2: Suzuki Book 1 & up
- When: Monday, 12th December from 10am – 1pm
- Where: 12 Mt Samson Road, Samford (St. Paul’s Anglican Church Hall)
- Cost: $50 per child. Payment may be made upon registration via direct deposit (bank details below)
- What to Bring: Instrument, sheet music, music stand, water bottle, snacks/morning tea, hat
- There will be age and level-related activities for everyone. I have multiple harmony parts for kids on more advanced levels who can read music.
- Parents for this session may either stay or drop kids off. You may consider staying if you feel your child might require your assistance.
- The music we will be learning will have parts for all levels of players. Some of the music will be introduced that day only, and I will email the rest of the sheet music to registered students on December 2 (or when you register, should you register closer to the workshop). This will give students who are newer to sight-reading an opportunity to become familiar with the notes and feel of the music.
- Registration: Please register using the form below. In the text box under “Name” and “Email”, please indicate the age of your child, instrument, playing level (or current book), teacher, payment method preference, and any other information that might be helpful for me to know. Please transfer the workshop fee into my account when you register.
